COVID-19 notice: 21st July 2020
At Rippon Homes we remain committed to putting our staff and clients’ wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Our construction sites have reopened in a controlled and safe manner, carefully following the latest government guidance to allow tradespeople to work safely. Measures include but are not limited to, appropriate PPE, safe distance working, hygiene procedures and cleanliness of welfare facilities.
From 1st August, trade technicians will be able to visit residents in their homes provided social distancing and other safety measures can be adhered to.
Our sales offices remain open on a strict appointment-based system to protect the health of both our staff and visitors, and a number of safety measures are in place in the interest of all parties. Visitors must abide by our social distancing procedures and adopt appropriate PPE including gloves and face coverings. Some will be available on site, but it’s recommended to bring your own if possible.
Please arrive promptly at the allotted time to allow sufficient time to disinfect the sales office between appointments, and wait outside the office until the sales team is ready to welcome you inside.
The health of both our staff and customers is paramount and we are regularly reviewing the situation as new guidance comes to light.
